Terms of use

Last updated October 20, 2026

By using Velvet Cams you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that viewing adult content is legal where you are.

What we do

Velvet Cams is a directory of live cam rooms. We do not host, produce or stream any video. Every room is embedded from, and linked to, a third party network that is responsible for its performers and content.

Your use

Do not use the site if adult content offends you, or if it is illegal for you to view it. Do not copy the site, scrape it at a harmful rate, or try to break its security.

Third party networks

When you click through to a network, its own terms and privacy policy apply. Purchases and tips happen on the network, not on Velvet Cams.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Room data comes from network feeds and can be late or wrong.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last change is shown on this page.
